An energetic and motivated Registered Nurse with 7 years hospital experience and 2 years of dedicated home care. Renju manages all aspects of home-based patient care — assessment, care planning, vital sign monitoring — while building strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families.

Anju is a dedicated nurse with 5+ years in medical and surgical wards and 2+ years at BaitCare. She has become a trusted specialist for families managing complex conditions at home, with particular expertise in PEG-tube feeding, catheter maintenance, and NGT management.

A BSc-qualified Registered Nurse with ICU experience at Dr. M.G.R Medical University, where she monitored critically ill patients and managed life-support equipment. At BaitCare she specialises in high-dependency home care including tube feeding, bedsore treatment, and daily complex care for bedridden patients.

With 6+ years of broad hospital nursing across all specialties and 2+ years at BaitCare, Priyanka combines trusted medical expertise with a warm, nurturing touch. As a mother of two, she brings unmatched patience and instinct to newborn and baby care, giving families complete peace of mind.

Holding a Diploma in Health and Social Care, Lynette brings a compassionate, well-rounded skill set to every family she serves.
